Seafood Chimi

Rolled crisp large flour tortilla filled with cheese, sauteed fish, shrimp and baby clams cooked in tomatoes and garlic wine sauce. Topped with crema and garnished with diced onion and cilantro. Served with spicy rice and beans on the side.
